Andrew is a senior manager in the Payment Systems Regulator’s policy team. He is responsible for reforms to a range of key areas of payments policy, including cash and digital payments.
Andrew has a deep background in regulatory policy, joining the PSR in 2021 from Ofgem, Great Britain’s energy regulator, where he most recently oversaw reforms to network charging arrangements.
