Paul Staples

Paul Staples has had a 20 year career founding, building and scaling tech and business platforms across multiple industries, for banks and external to banks. Paul has been involved in Banking as a Service and Embedded Banking for many years and recently was the  Global Head of Banking as a Service and Embedded Finance Proposition for HSBC.  At HSBC he was charged with building and scaling the business through solving complex banking needs directly where the consumer needs them.  Paul has also founded several technology companies over the years, from Oil&Gas Market places in the dot.com and Carbon depository solutions, to more recently building a SaaS platform that solves the logistics complexity for Ports and Construction sites.
