Paula Alessandro is a successful business advisor, venture builder and general counsel.  She has over 20 years’ experience gained at a Magic Circle law firm, in management positions in elite global financial institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Morgan Stanley and Santander and in executive positions in start-ups.  She has expertise across the financial services, fintech/ technology, media and life sciences sectors.  Paula has an excellent track record of building and growing companies and teams, managing new products & markets, corporate services (including investor relations), legal, risk, compliance and operations.  She has developed global ESG frameworks and is also an Angel investor.  Paula is a qualified solicitor and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
