Ravindra Meshram (Ravi) is an accomplished business leader with a track record of success for over 25 years in Information Technology Industry. He has performed various leadership roles and worked with diverse teams globally. He helped clients in Public Sector, Energy and Resources Sector, Small and Medium Businesses and Financial Services Sector, with business transformation through enabling technologies.
Ravi feels passionate about addressing societal and community issues through leveraging technology and harnessing the collective power of the ecosystem.
He recently led the research on Financial Inclusion for Emerging Payments Association and Mastercard. The report, ‘All Aboard – The role of the Fintech industry in solving the problems of financial exclusion’ touches upon the real challenges encountered by the financially underserved sections of the society and provide insights gathered from various industry stakeholders, including consumers.
Ravi is currently working on two exciting startup ventures. One to address SME challenges, who are under pressure with finances and growth, during pandemic. The other is aimed at disrupting talent hiring and engagement model through transparency and objectivity on equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, which is expressed by many but truly implemented by few.
